Needs no introduction to followers of non-league football. David has played league football for Portsmouth, Tottenham Hotspur, Oxford United and Reading, before being the subject of a record non-league transfer fee when moving to Dover Athletic from Farnborough Town. He remains Kingstonian's record signing, joining for £18,000 from Rushden & Diamonds at the start of the 1997/98 Ryman League winning campaign, going on to score 66 goals in 146 appearances for the K's. Dave joined Havant & Waterlooville in 2001/02 and was player/manager there until departing three seasons later. Honours include four caps apiece for the England semi-pro side and FA XI, a Ryman League championship title, along with winners medals at Wembley in the Football League Cup and FA Trophy.
