Renowned for his calm and efficient defending, Scott joined the club from Woking in early 2003 and returns to the club following a couple of seasons at Basingstoke Town. An international with New Zealand, Scott became the first K's player to gain full international honours since the 1930's when he appeared for the Kiwi's during their 2003 Confederations Cup campaign in France. Born in Christchurch, Scott moved to England in order to pursue a footballing career at Rotherham, before moving via a brief stint at Kettering Town to Woking in 1997, where he soon first gained recognition at international level.
