A creative midfielder first signed by the club towards the end of the 2000001 season in the Football Conference. Frustrated after continually being employed at right back, a move to Hampton & Richmond Borough followed. His time there struck by injuries, Billy made a comeback after six months back at Bromley before rejoining the K's to play in his more accustomed role.
