Ryan is an industrious midfielder who came through the ranks at Blackburn Rovers before a scholarship took him to the United States in 2007. Whilst at EmbryRiddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, he was a two-time All American, moving on to play professionally for NSC Minnesota Stars in the North American Soccer League. Returned to England and joined the K's at the start of 2012.
