Geoff started life as a Millwall trainee before spending three years at Watford. A brief first stint with Kingstonian was followed by a return to the football league with Colchester United, but it was following his return to the Ks in 1997/98 where he established himself as one of the very best players in non-league football. His honours with the club include an Isthmian League championship title, two FA Trophy winners medals and 10 England semi-pro caps. Having finished top scorer in 2000/01, where the club were relegated despite famously reaching the fourth round of the FA Cup, was snapped up by Brighton & Hove Albion for £55k. During his three seasons with the Seagulls, Geoff was in constant demand from Conference sides, and spent loan spells at Woking, Dagenham & Redbridge, Farnborough Town, Stevenage Borough and Barnet before eventually joining Havant & Waterlooville in summer 2004. Makes the welcome return to Kingsmeadow via a spell at Sutton United at the end of last year.
