    Sponsored walk
Kingstonian fans will be joined by members of the management and playing staff on the Supporters Club sponsored walk to Molesey next Saturday 24th February. Alan Dowson or Mark Hams will be setting off as the walk commences at 11.30am with representatives from the team in tow. Leading the K's over the River Thames, the 6 mile walk will then follow the river to Hampton Court and on to the Walton Road ground. There's a return journey too, though it is left to individuals to decide if they wish to walk one or both ways!

The walk is open to anyone with a comfortable pair of shoes/trainers and a willingness to support the event, benefiting The Fircroft Trust (a charity which supports adults living in the local community with mental health problems and/or learning disabilities) and Kingstonian FC.

There is no minimum or maximum amount which needs to be raised. There will however be an incentive for the individual who raises the most money, so ask family, friends, neighbours or colleges for sponsorship, either per mile or as a total, to help raise funds for two very worthy causes. Leading the sponsorship charge are the players, with every member of the matchday squad committing to sponsor the event. Forms can be found on the download forms page.

    Steve Potterill
Defender Steve Potterill has left the club to join Met Police, having made 44 appearances since joining from Bromley a year ago. Alan Dowson comments, "It is sad to Steve go as he was a popular figure in the dressing room and really enjoyed his time at the club. His departure is due to personal circumstances and his new career in the police force, so the football move fits in with that."

Meanwhile, the manager is holding talks regarding a potential replacement who is with a Ryman Premier club.
