Kingstonian 1-2 Horsham YMCA
A mis-firing Kingstonian lost two-one to Horsham YMCA at Kingsmeadow, finishing with ten men for the third time in four games this season.

The visitors took a sixth minute lead when Steve Davies charged in to take advantage of a short backpass. Tony Reid, having earlier struck the post, levelled the scores twelve minutes later when pouncing on a Jame Rose effort which had iteself struck the upright.

Martyn Lee was sent off midway through the second half for having been adjudged to have left his foot in a tackle as an opponent came flying in. The ten men had numerous half chances but came unstuck with eight minutes remaining when James Bird struck home a corner at the back post.

Dartford 1-0 Kingstonian
Dartford made the most of their extended stay at the Thurrock Hotel, taking all three points from today's game following a headed goal by Jay May on the stroke of half time.

The hosts could have taken the lead in the first minute following a tug by Julian Sills on pacy winger Dave Martin. Brendan Cass however saw his penalty saved by Luke Garrard.

Following the Darts' goal, a simple headed conversion by May following more Martin trickery on the left, Kingstonian came out with more vigour in the second half. Julian Sills and Dean Lodge were however most notably denied by goalkeeper Kevin Hudson.

Croydon Athletic 2-0 Kingstonian
Croydon's Mayfields ground once again proved an unhappy venue as ten man Kingstonian slumped to a two-nil defeat tonight.

Former K's striker Charley Side took advantage of confusion amidst his former team-mates to open the scoring just after the half hour mark, before causing further problems minutes later. The striker's goal-bound header was handled on the line by Steve Symes, who was dismissed whilst the hosts doubled their advantage from the spot.

Scott Corbett and Julian Sills were denied good chances by goalkeeper James Wastell in an improved second half performance, though the final outcome remained unchanged.

Kingstonian 2-1 Ashford Town

Debutant Daniel Morris latched on to a diagonal ball from Scott Smith to calmly slot home just before the break. Ashford substitute struck an equaliser in the 64th minute, only for Scott Corbett to divert home a saved Dean Lodge effort for the winner with around ten minutes remaining.

Thanks for helping
Kingstonian Football Club will be holding a "thank you session" for all of its volunteers on Thursday evening from 8pm at the team's new training ground - the Hawker Centre, located just off Richmond Road, Kingston.

A food buffet will be provided and the players will be joining the group following their final training session before the season starts. The Surrey Senior Cup and Trevor Jones Memorial Trophy will be on show, with a photographer on hand to take shots with the silverware.

So, whether it's operating a turnstile, selling programmes or golden goals, tidying the ground on a matchday or any of the other numerous tasks people do for the club, come along and have some fun!

As with so many clubs, Kingstonian relies on the help of its volunteers to ensure that all the small yet important tasks are carried out. The more the merrier is always the way - if you would like to get involved with the K's, come forward on Thursday or any home matchday as your help would be most appreciated.

Kingstonian regained the Trevor Jones Memorial Trophy following a penalty shootout victory against AFC Wimbledon.

Julian Sills went closest for the K's with a header that clipped the top of the crossbar, whilst the Dons went close with a handful of chances in the closing stages. The game was ultimately one of few chances and moved straight to penalties following a goal-less ninety minutes.

Martyn Lee, Dean Lodge, Tommy Moorhouse, Richard Taylor and Jon Coke all converted their penalties whilst substitute goalkeeper Stephen Windegard made the decisive save to deny Wes Daly.

Walton & Hersham 1-1 Kingstonian
A much improved Kingstonian drew 1-1 with Ryman Premier side Walton and Hersham in an action-packed contest at Stompond Lane.

After a disastrous start when Ben Thorne got in behind their defence to score in the fifth minute, K's soon settled down and played some attractive football. After a James Rose glancing header went narrowly wide, Tony Reid equalised midway through the half when he converted Martyn Lee's low cross.

K's pushed hard for a winner but found home goalkeeper Nick Gindre in fine form, making an excellent save from Reid after Scott Corbett had played him in on goal. On the stroke of half-time Lee hit the post with a free kick and then in the second half Gindre denied substitute Daniel Morris with two more excellent saves to keep the scores level.

Kingstonian 0-4 Dorchester Town
Conference South side Dorchester Town gave Stuart McIntyre much to ponder as they ran out 4-0 winners in K's first home friendly of pre-season.

A Ryan Hill free kick gave the visitors the lead in the 9th minute before Jamie Brown doubled their advantage with a volley on 18 minutes. The Magpies then went three up on 38 minutes when Matt Groves capitalised after Richard Taylor slipped over in the box. Brown finished the scoring by making it four on 65 minutes from the penalty spot, with Scott Smith having felled Hill.

K's were unlucky that the scoreline was so heavy and came close twice in the first half; Dean Lodge vollied over from close range after a Taylor throw caused panic in the Dorchester box and former K's goalkeeper Richard Martin saved well from Wes Harrison.
