Rod Wallace joins U18's |
The club are delighted to welcome former Southampton, Leeds, Rangers, Bolton, Gillingham and England B striker Rod Wallace as U18's Assistant Manager. Rod takes over the role from Paul Murphy, who has left to focus on his roles at Surrey FA and Middlesex FA. Paul's efforts have been much appreciated and the club would like to wish him well for the future.
U18's manager Adrian Withers comments, "I am sad to see Paul leave as he has had a big influence not just on the U18's but across the whole youth section. We are fortunate that Rod has been helping out with some of the youngsters for his UEFA coaching badges, and that he's agreed to step into this position. Rod's played at the very top level and hopefully some of his influence will rub off on the players." |
